What you get?

When you join Eurofragance, you join a dynamic work environment with passionate, ambitious, hardworking colleagues who are making things happen in the world of perfumery.  We offer many perks to make your work more rewarding and fulfilling, but here are a few things that might be of interest to you.

Work with the latest technologies

From day one, Eurofragance has always sought to offer its teams the best technologies to work with. Whether it is in our labs, offices or production plants, we have invested in top-of-the-line GCMS equipment, CRM software or compounding robots, and a whole lot more.

Global exposure

We are a thriving multinational operating in 12 countries and selling fragrances in over 70. Almost every day, you will get the chance to work on projects for different markets with colleagues in different countries. We also encourage exchange programs within our global network.

Perks beyond pay

In all our affiliates we pay our employees above the industry benchmark, and, of course, we believe in equal pay for equal work across genders—everywhere! We also offer competitive time-off policies, and cover medical and dental insurance, as well as offer seminars on work-life balance and psychological wellbeing.

Great work atmosphere

Eurofragance is a big, connected family in which cooperation and respect are the norm. We care deeply about people and our communities in general and our employees in particular. A common trait shared amongst Eurofragancers is their engagement and willingness to help others.

Growth plan and learning academies

Ongoing training and professional development are extremely important to us. Our People & Culture department has not only instituted programs that focus on developing five core competencies addressed to all employees, but also offers learning initiatives based on individual needs. And because the world of scents and smells is so different and unknown, we have instituted our in-house learning academies, such as the Perfumery Academy and the FDM Academy. High-potential employees can also get involved in exciting strategic projects with accomplished peers to accelerate their growth.
