Since joining Eurofragance in 2018 and becoming Chief People Officer in 2021, Rebeca has led the global transformation of the People function, strengthening digital HR, building a decentralized team, enhancing compensation and benefits, and driving well-being and talent development.  Rebeca has graduate degrees in Law and HR, providing her with a broad international and multicultural perspective.

With over 21 years in the fragrance industry, Oumayma drives Eurofragance’s Middle East strategy, blending technical expertise with market insight.  Following ten years at Mane she joined Eurofragance in 2023 to manage its Creative Center, and became General Manager in January 2026 leading regional operations fostering client centricity innovation and sustainability.
