Manufacturing

Manufacturing is ramping up

Rubí is where we opened our first factory; it primarily supplies the EAT and Middle Eastern markets. To reinforce our proximity strategy and better serve you worldwide, we are expanding our manufacturing footprint across key regions.

Our new factory in Mumbai will soon be fully operational, significantly increasing our capabilities in India and surrounding markets. Concurrently, we are building a brand-new production facility in Mexico and planning future manufacturing operations in Indonesia to support the fast-growing demand in APAC.

To complement our production network, we also collaborate with trusted third-party manufacturing partners in India and China, some of the world’s largest markets. These partnerships enable us to stay close to you, improve responsiveness and ensure faster delivery times.

The people who participate in perfume production

Fragrance production takes coordination, expertise and resilience.  Our Purchasing & Supply Chain teams must constantly anticipate risks and be able to secure the ingredients required by our creations teams.  Inside the factory,  production and engineering teams keep our operations running smoothly and safely.  Their work directly impacts productivity, quality and the olfactive excellence we deliver to you.

Every bottle of perfume is the result of countless decisions, challenges and technical feats across the entire value chain.  And despite all the hurdles, we embrace this complexity—because crafting beautiful fragrances is worth every effort

Automated dosing with industry-leading partners

Across our sites, we rely on automated dosing solutions from highly recognized technology partners in the fragrance industry.  In our factories, advanced dosing platforms ensure precision and process reliability, supporting both large-scale production and flexible operations for optimum business continuity.

In our labs and Creative Centers, automated sampling systems enable our creative teams to work faster and more accurately.  By relying on reference brands in automation and dosing, we guarantee consistent performance and operational excellence throughout our global footprint.

Logistics to keep everything flowing smoothly

Our logistics expertise ensures a smooth and reliable flow of materials and products across our global network.  We manage the timely import of raw materials from international suppliers to our manufacturing sites, and we oversee the efficient distribution of finished fragrances to customers worldwide.

Global reach, local proximity

With a network of owned and partner 3PL warehouses across eight countries, we stay close to our customers, shortening lead times and ensuring reliable supply.

Seamless raw material imports

We manage the international import of raw materials from our global suppliers, ensuring availability, regulatory compliance and continuous support for all manufacturing sites.

Sustainability

There’s a lot going on in our different production plants around the world and our teams in each location are well aware of sustainability issues pertaining to their work. It is no surprise, that Health and Safety is our number one preoccupation, but there are many other areas where sustainability is either a serious consideration or an opportunity to make a positive difference.

Health and safety

Our H&S department ensures that proper safety procedures are respected in our factories and implements corrective measures where needed in a timely manner.

Carbon emissions

The 600 m2 of solar panels installed on our flagship plant in Spain allowed us to save 44 tons of carbon emissions in 2025.

Pollution prevention

On our different manufacturing sites, we have systems in place to treat used water before discharging it back into to the network.

Safety walks

Every year we conduct emergency drills, train our factory personnel in protection programs and conduct safety walks to identify and remediate potential issues.

Water consumption

We optimize processes to reduce water usage on all our sites, and in Rubí we use steam cleaning to keep our water consumption down.

Plastic reduction

Pallets are the standard when shipping materials around the world; we have been able to reduce our use of plastic pallets by 25%, thanks to mesh pallets.
