A corporate culture anchored in strong values
Thanks to strong values, unwavering ethics and hard work, Eurofragance has become, in just over 35 years, a well-established player in the fragrance industry with a culture all its own. Under its quiet and innocent airs, the business of creating beautiful scents is competitive and all-consuming. While we are ambitious and business-focused, we never lose sight of our intrinsic values and company culture. Of course, our company’s culture is also geared to match the industry’s business pace and ways of working, as this will lead to win-win relationships.
From day one, we have been open to the world; we value diversity, inclusiveness and friendliness. One other trait common to all Eurofragancers is their unsinkable passion for perfume and a real flair for creativity.

Respect and human values
Eurofragance adheres to the United Nations Global Compact and we are aligned on the Ten Principles of the charter that relate to: human rights, work environment and anti-corruption. We believe in a culture of respect and do not tolerate unethical practices or any form of discrimination based on gender, age, race or sexual orientation. The company does its utmost to provide a safe and protective workplace to all its employees on all sites, through the implementation of protective equipment, systems and procedures. We enforce the practice of equal pay for equal work, and promote work-life balance, along with professional and personal development programs.

Learning and training
The world of perfumery is vast and is constantly adapting to new findings, technologies or regulations. In a fragrance house, one learns something new every day, and this is especially true at Eurofragance where there’s a culture of mentoring and training. Eurofragancers will always openly—and enthusiastically—share advice and learnings with their colleagues. This informal way of learning is supplemented by company-led professional development programs. Such trainings are designed to spread best practices, acquire new skills and back up employees who might require extra support. Eurofragance has also developed its own Academies to provide even more in-depth learning in areas particular to our industry.
