Promote safety from beginning to end
The notion of safety takes on a different dimension in a company such as ours. It is important at every step of our value chain, beginning with those who supply our raw materials and ending with consumers. To ensure maximum safety, we respect stringent safety protocols and follow the recommendations of IFRA (the International Fragrance Association) and the applicable legislation in each market that we are active in. Internally, we also pay particular attention to the well-being of our employees, making sure that all Eurofragancers have the opportunity to thrive in a safe and respectful environment.
Taking care of ourselves
Following a psycho-social health survey conducted in Spain in 2021, we launched a wellness program in 2022 that we plan to scale up across all affiliates. Amongst other activities, the program allows colleagues in need to consult an independent Psychologist, who also gives quarterly talks in our offices on emotional well-being.
