At Eurofragance, we expect all our employees and business partners to behave according to the highest ethical standards. The Board of Directors ensures that best practices and irreproachable behaviors are followed by our entire workforce as well as our external stakeholders. Accordingly, our operations follow the local rules and legislation in every market we are present in. Eurofragance employees will not enter into any form of corruption or illegal activity and we expect our partners to respect this position and to do likewise. We have zero tolerance for any form of discrimination across our entire network.
We promote ethical behaviors
In order to avoid any misunderstandings from our internal and external stakeholders, we have instituted a set of tools and documents that we openly share with those concerned. For our internal community of Eurofragancers, training in proper ethical behaviors begins in their onboarding session when they join the company. They are also informed and receive documentation on Eurofragance’s Code of Ethics and Anti Bribery policy. With regards to external partners, we work with suppliers and expect them to adhere to our Responsible Sourcing Policy and Supplier Code of Ethics.
