Eurofragance has won the 2018 award for Best International Value Creation Growth (Spain). Every year, the publication Capital Finance International (CFI.co), devoted to the topics of business, economics and finance, gives recognition to individuals and organisations which make significant contributions to the convergence of economies and provide real value to stakeholders.

At the award ceremony, the CFI.co jury stated that the company’s management style (which secured its 75 million-euro budget objective in 2018) makes it particularly appealing to stakeholders, who wish to accompany Eurofragance in its inorganic growth path, especially with regard to its North and South American targets.

The year of 2018 was particularly demanding for the fragrance sector, which is why it was an important financial year for Eurofragance: it managed to end the year with an exchange-rate neutral growth of over 15%.

Part of its success occurred when Laurent Mercier took the helm of the company. The new CEO and Santiago Sabatés, Eurofragance’s founder, combined efforts to promote a balanced but ambitious growth strategy revolving around performance, one of the company’s main three values, along with passion and entrepreneurship.

In addition to this, the Catalan company is also committed to social and environmental projects like “Soap Cycling,” promoted by the company itself, as well as contributing to entities like the Pasqual Maragall Foundation, which works on research to fight Alzheimer’s disease.

All of these factors led to making Eurofragance worthy of this award. Congratulations, team!
