Eurofragance Stands With Barcelona's Art And Culture Scene By Donating Hand Sanitizer Lotion
Barcelona, 26 November 2020: Culture is one of the sectors worst hit by the current health crisis. That’s why, now more than ever, Eurofragance—the Spanish fragrance creation company—wants to make culture safe, so that Barcelona can shine once more and continue to be a leader in the world of architecture, art and culture.
This initiative has been made possible thanks to Eurofragance’s partnership with Natimel, a cosmetics development, creation and manufacturing company. Since early July, Eurofragance has given various organizations 10 litres of hand sanitizer lotion (70% alcohol and 30% water) with a special, pleasant texture.
Inspired by the colors and shapes of the city, the perfumers have created a fresh fragrance and applied it to a hand sanitizer lotion with a smooth texture, in order to accompany, care for and protect visitors. Currently, Eurofragance is collaborating with some of the city’s main cultural institutions, like the Gran Teatre del Liceu, the Palau de la Música, the CCCB, La Pedrera, Casa Vicens and the Barcelona Turisme Consortium.
“Expression and creativity are the basis for our fragrance composition. That’s why our perfumers want to support and promote culture during these tough times. The aim of this collaboration is for people to continue to enjoy culture and art, because Barcelona is our home and making the world a more beautiful place is part of our mission,” explains Stéphanie Marze, Global Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager at Eurofragance.
The scent of Barcelona
For this initiative, Eurofragance has presented the fragrance Té Azul: a Mediterranean blend that symbolizes the freshness of the city of Barcelona. It opens with citrus notes, made up of a bouquet of violets, an elegant iris and tea: a combination that evokes oolong tea when it comes into contact with lemon. The base notes of this mysterious fragrance are musky and woody.
