Barcelona, January 25, 2023 – Eurofragance, a multinational fragrance company, reinforces its Advisory Board with the addition of two new members: Montse Muñoz and Álvaro Alonso, who will join Esteban Farrero who is already on the company’s board. This restructuring means the departure of Miguel Herrera-Lasso as a counselor. These appointments show the company’s commitment to putting in place a governing policy that is made of independent professionals from different sectors and management areas.
Montse Muñoz comes from Danone where she led the digital transformation strategy and implementation plan for the company’s operations; she is also an advisor to Uriach, Comexi and Grifols. Álvaro Alonso is General Manager of Eastern Europe for Beiersdorf and will bring to the board the experience he gathered at the German multinational and in reputed companies such as Carrefour and Unilever. Esteban Farrero is CEO at Branndex Triangle’s where he contributed to brand creation, innovation and business expansion processes. In addition, he is also a member of the advisory boards of companies such as Chocolates Valor, Plus Fresc and has participated in the B2B Strategic Plan of Bimbo.
