Eurofragance new line of fragrances for body brings joy and excitement to the market inspired by the uberpopular Instagram-obsession color pink
Even if you haven’t heard of Millennial Pink, you’ve seen it and you might be smelling it right now. In the summer of 2016 everyone started calling it Millennial Pink, when the colour pink had mutated and expanded to include a range of shades from beige with just a touch of blush to a peach-salmon hybrid.
Pink, originally aimed to little girls and rejected by young adults, has now new connotations thanks to nostalgia. Redolent of good times, nowadays it represents a new rebellious alternative prettiness, is genderless and highly inspirational. Millennial Pink trend inspired us to come along with a new fragrance collection, a new line of fragrances specially designed for body care products such as shower gel, body lotions or oils. These fragrances spread a feeling of prettiness, wellbeing and freshness while retaining intellectual detachment.
This collection consists of four fragrances: Pink Guava, Pink Palm, Pink Coral and Pink Rose. All of them are characterized by a fancy scent that keeps you smelling and wanting for more. Pink Guava main notes are guava, nectarine, berries and pink lotus. Pink Palm contains freesia, pineberries and plum. Pink Coral accords are hibiscus, pomegranate and pink lemonade. Finally, Pink Rose features a blend of pink musk, pink peony and rose petals.
At Eurofragance, we are now launching these fragrances for different markets and clients within the body care segment and also developing new ones for the Air Care sector.

What would you say if we assure you that you can find your own dimension? Think about a multisensory experience, an experience that awakes all your senses. Go beyond the limits of sensations. Imagine a fragrances collection where you can customize the final scent. Live Scents?, Eurofragance new fragrance collection, exclusively created for the Beautyworld Middle East (BWME) 2017.
This Sunday the most important beauty fair in the Middle East launches its 22nd edition. BWME is an international trade fair for beauty products, hair, fragrances, raw materials and wellbeing. Eurofragance is planning to surprise again, this time with Scents?, a fragrance collection that promises to help you find your own dimension by exploring your senses and creating your own scent.
It seems easy to talk about this amazing collection and introduce it as a “futuristic vision that will reveal unexplored territories and find new ways to perfume your life”. However, this is a result of a superb team work, and today we want to uncover and recognize the hard and brilliant work behind our new fragrance collection.
How we get to present an amazing collection like Scents?? It all started in September last year, when our Marketing Sensorial Studio started thinking about a concept, a BIG IDEA to bring to our new fragrance collection, something different and innovative. They presented the briefing to Eurofragance´s Management and then, after a BIG YES, it was time for the rest of the teams to start working on this BIG IDEA.
In December, Fragrance development managers and perfumers initiated the fragrances´ design at the same time that Communication & Image department began planning how the stand would look like. In the meanwhile, Marketing Sensorial Studio searched for suppliers, designing graphic supports and choosing the fragrances packaging. Besides, there was also a further team involved which is Applications Sensolab Studio. They had a key role on our Body Care fragrance collection…You will know why soon!
Overall, it has been a cross-departmental project, between our HQ in Barcelona and Dubai, where our PEOPLE, our PASSION and our CREATIVITY have come together to create an unforgettable fragrance collection.

What do we know about the philosophy behind Feng Shui and the role of fragrances on it?
Feng Shui is a philosophical method coming from China and consisting of harmonizing the environment that surrounds us so this environment has got a positive effect on ourselves and our visitors.
This method is usually practiced in different places: houses, offices, buildings, etc. Furthermore, the well-known five elements are essential for Feng Shui: water, metal, earth, fire and wood. They represent nature`s energy.
According to Feng Shui, the way we organize furniture, decoration and rooms -either at home, office or buildings- has got an effect on our mood and wellbeing. So, it is time to re-think how we dispose different objects in our surrounding environments.
You might be wondering what fragrances have to do with Feng Shui. Well, the scents we choose for our personal space or our company`s offices are also important to create pleasant atmospheres, rooms where we feel relaxed, we feel good. We have previously talked about the power of fragrances to create unique atmospheres. Hence, the value that fragrances add to the practice of Feng Shui.
Some scents have a pleasant effect on us, boost our energy, make us relaxed…Imagine then a room where everything is just in the right place and where the air is fragranced with scents like jasmine, lavender, peppermint, lemon or rose, depending on your emotions and your taste.

We believe in equality. We work to establish a real equality. This is the reason why Eurofragance employs a total of 143 women out of its 254 employees. Women represent the 56% of Eurofragance´s workforce.
From the very beginning, since the company was created, we never had a doubt that this would be a company where men and women have the same rights and opportunities.

We didn´t want to say bye to 2016 without thanking our great team its effort which has led Eurofragance to achieve great things like the opening of a Creative Centre in Singapore, the launch of a new production factory also in Singapore or the creation of an amazing collection of fragrances named REMEMORIES.
It has been a great year for all of us and, from this little and open corner which is our blog, we want to express how happy and proud we are.
We have told you so many times that our essence is compounded of PEOPLE, PASSION and CREATIVITY. This pure essence is the secret of our success.
For the year ahead we have so many projects lined up like Shape Up, a digital platform for all our employees to get empowered and do exercise at the same time they participate in charity challenges. We are also about to launch a new Careers site that will encourage all the talent out there to come and enjoy working with us.

Have you ever wondered how fragrances are created? Nothing in life is a coincidence nor in the perfume world. Today´s post is especially written for you, the one wondering if fragrances creation is just a matter of mixing raw materials or if it is something more creative and far more complicated.
As so many other processes in business, the process of creating fragrances starts with a briefing. Clients expose their goals and explain the characteristics they pursue for the product they want to introduce into the market. From this point, we initiate the project to get the perfect odour, the one that accomplishes clients ´goals and needs.
Perfumers start a creative procedure, as well as precise, to find the wanted formula. This procedure includes their input, their particular way to get inspired and their knowledge of the olfactory notes and the market trends. They try not only to achieve clients’ expectations but also capture sensations for consumers to feel them when they smell the new fragrance.
But there is no total freedom to create a fragrance: it has to meet the requirements not only of the client and the market but also countries´ regulations. Besides, perfumers need to take into account the characteristics of the final product. Depending on the product where the fragrance will be applied (perfume, body care lotion, air freshener…) there will be different technical requirements to accomplish.
So perfumers’ work is to get a creative and fascinating essence within functional limits. This is a real challenge.
Once they have got the formula, this is sent to the lab compounding where the lab team produces small samples with the designed scent.
Then, the samples are sent to the applications team where they are tested on the final product to evaluate the behaviour of the fragrance. Subsequently, accelerated studies of stability are carried out in order to see how the fragrance responds to drastic conditions and also to simulate its real use.
Finally, product goes through different tests which include: physical, chemical and organoleptic in order to establish the standard parameters of this new fragrance. The main purpose of these tests is to ensure that the quality control of the product responds to our high quality standards.
Voilà! The new fragrance is ready for the market.
As we have said, it is a process in which are involved clients´objectives, perfumers´ inspiration and creativity, and quality tests. What makes this process unique is our PEOPLE, PASSION and CREATIVITY.
